As the list of candidates grows so will the pleas for money. Running for office takes a lot of dedication, energy and - YES - money.
Our District 30 organization will be looking to field the best candidates for the legislature. They too need money to get noticed and get their messages out. The push for your attention is intense. In order not to be in debilitating competition for money with our fellow local, state and federal candidates it will be our goal to get a steady stream of funds, in small amounts, from as large a number of dedicated folk as we can.
Look for events across District 30 - Our goal will will be to inform, to serve and have some fun too.
Look for informative literature we plan to distribute.
And look for me. I'll be asking you and your neighbors all across District 30 to help make South Dakota government better.
In the news:Driver's license renewals will be more complicated. Because of "real ID" passed by the federal government and implemented by South Dakota beginning January 1 each applicant will be required to bring specific documents proving identity and citizenship.

This page is a little thin just now - Everybody is busy with personal stuff. We are enjoying the holiday season with friends and relatives. We will soon enough need to busy ourselves with the upcoming 2010 elections.
